3- Workout: if you are one of those lazy guys, then probably this is the primary cause of your constipation. Exercises are also considered one of the best constipation solutions, they help moving your bowels why by the way gives you more regular movements and less constipation. If you talk numbers then you should workout at least 3 times a week. Staying active is the only way you can get rid of constipation.
